Where are you located?
Spirited Affairs is based out of Naples, Florida. However we are mobile, and able to travel all around Southwest Florida and beyond! Our first 15 miles are free of charge and we charge $1.50/mile for anything greater than that from 34120. Anything over a 2/hr drive will require cost for lodging accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date when booking as well as a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation made within 30 days of the event will lose the right to a full refund.
What type of events do you serve?
We can and will service basically any type of event! Whether its a birthday, wedding, corporate gathering or just a lunch with friends we are happy you picked us to help make your event memorable!
Who provides the alcohol?
We do not carry a liquor license, as Florida is a dry hire state. However we are insured to serve alcohol and can service any event where drinks are free to guests.
Dry hire meaning: we cannot supply (sell) alcohol, but we can assist in the consultative side with providing you a shopping list and recommendations.
Is there a guest count limit?
For mobile bartending events we do not have a limit on the number of guests we can serve. With larger events there is a requirement of additional bartenders to ensure great service for all guests.
For luxury picnics we can currently accommodate parties of up to 20 guests due to the number of seats we have. If you are looking for a tablescape to be done and you provide the tables and seats, we can accommodate more! Please reach out directly for those inquiries.
